About Neil.

Growing up in a family of influential engineers, it was evident I would become one too — specializing in effective business delivery, organizational transformation and continuous improvement.

My professional journey began with a four year stint with a reputable Global Technology Consulting firm. I was able to work on transformative projects throughout the Americas — North, Central, and South.

Wanting to be closer to home, landed me with a Top 5 Financial Institution in Canada. The next seven years of my career focused on generating revenue, reducing costs and improving employee and customer experience.

Growing outside of my comfort zone landed me with one of the Big Four Consulting Firms. The next two years of my career would have me delivering innovative solutions within Human Capital management consulting.

After pivoting back to industry in a Strategic Leadership role for two years, I found myself at a cross-roads asking “What next?”

In June 2020, +Carta Consulting Inc. was born, built on the foundation of WHO we’ve become, and WHAT we stand for…
